I love to cook and bake. Cooking for people is my love language. I pull most of my recipes from Pinterest. I have created a board for recipes I use regularly. You can find that here.
I meal plan at least once a week. I make a list of meals in the notes on my phone and place an online grocery order on most Saturdays. Having a meal plan and all the ingredients I need makes my life SO much easier. I am going to share my meals along with links to the recipes here.
Here are this week’s recipes and the links to them.
Slow Cooker Bacon Cheeseburger Soup - This soup is so good! It’s stick to your bones comfort food. The last time I made it Houston said it was his favorite soup I had ever made. Full disclosure he says this about every meal lol.
Salmon with Lemon Orzo - Roman LOVES salmon. It is by far his favorite meat. This is one of his favorite meals. It’s one of my favorites too.
Baked Panko Cod with Couscous & Zucchini - This is a first-time recipe for me. We went to the Oregon coast in August and came home with a ton of cod. I am making it with pearl coucous that I will season with butter and herbs. I’ll roast the zucchini.
Clam Chowder - If you can’t tell we really love soup around here. Houston is making the chowder this week but I have made this recipe before and it’s delicious.
We will have a lot of left-overs from these meals so we always do a “clean out the fridge” night. We’ll also probably go out to eat once. This meal plan will get us through until next Saturday.
I hope this is helpful. I’d love to hear from you if you make any of these meals.
Happy Saturday!
